Contact form: You can contact us using the form. If you use the general contact form, we need the following mandatory information: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number. We process this data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, solely to process contact requests.
Contact via e-mail: As an alternative to the contact form, you can contact us using the e-mail addresses listed on our website (e.g. to send us electronic applications). In this case the information you send is saved together with your e-mail address; there is no transfer of this data to third parties. It is used exclusively to process the conversation and fulfil your contact request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object to the storage of your personal data at any time - in that case, however, the conversation cannot continue.
Applications: If you apply to our company, we process the personal data you enter during the application process in order to decide on establishing an employment relationship. The processed data categories include in particular: name and last name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, biography, and relevant certifications and references. Any additional data or categories of data you transfer to us are provided voluntarily.
IV – Recipients of Personal Data
Internal recipients: within our company, only those people who need it for the purpose described above have access.
External recipients: we only pass on your personal information to external recipients if it is necessary to process your request, if there is other legal permission, or if we have your consent.
